Product extension - HP & Barça

HP wanted to extend its printing and photo sharing capabilities into the customised memorabilia arena and Barça seemed interested in the idea. I helped HP win the deal.

The first step was to formalise the offering, specifically the value proposition for Barça. This included a robust presentation that I presented to the club administrators. 

Once the initial concept was approved, the next step was to flush out the finances in terms of licensing, forecasting, and further define the product offering.

While the financial negotiations continued, focus turned to the on-the-ground operations. It was important to clarify who was responsible for what. This also involved a third party photographer.

HP won the deal and the new offering was live at Camp Nou stadium at the beginning of the football season.
